We’re really, really excited about the Peak! Design-wise, it’s essentially a Pure — but with one small change: a microbead added at the bottom of the rim. It might seem minor, just about a millimeter, but this bead significantly impacts two key areas: flight and feel.

Flight
The microbead adds stability, making a noticeable difference in both putting and longer approach shots. When putting, you’ll find that it doesn’t hold a straight line as long as the Pure does — the Peak wants to fade a bit earlier. For longer shots with more power, the added stability becomes even more pronounced. 

Feel
The feel of the disc also changes. For those who putt with their index finger on the rim, this difference will be especially noticeable. The bead makes the disc slightly deeper — just about a millimeter — but in my opinion, it still maintains the feel and soul of a shallow, speed-3 putter. 

Complements the Pure 
Our first thought when the very first prototype came out of the machine was: “Why haven’t we done this before?” It’s a great putter for those who love a bead but prefer a putter with a shallower feel. And the added stability compared to the Pure makes it a great complement for those who need an approach disc that can handle a bit more power. All in all, it just feels like the perfect addition to accompanying the Pure. 

The Name
We debated about the name of this disc. With the design similarity to the Pure, names like Pure Pro, Pure OS, or Pure Plus were thrown around. But the more we putted and threw it around, we finally decided that this putter needed a name of its own. We wanted a unique name that feels like a sibling to the Pure, and finally, we landed on Peak. Four letters, starts with a 'P', and our gut feeling told us that Peak was the right name. 

More Plastic Variations – A Shift in Our Putter Lineup 
The Royal Sense Peak and Royal Grand Peak release is set for February 27, but more plastic variations are coming. Until now, our Royal putters have only been available in one putter plastic — the Royal Sense. However, putter plastic preferences vary greatly; some want them really soft, and some want them rock solid. Therefore, we have decided to streamline our putter lineup, bringing all Latitude 64° putters into a unified collection: the Latitude 64° Putter Lineup. 

This means Peak, Hope, and Faith will soon be available in our classic Zero plastics. The first release under this new structure is coming soon, as one of our newest team players instantly fell in love with Peak. However, he really, really likes the feel of Zero Medium. So, keep an eye out for the Isaac Robinson Team Series Zero Medium Orbit Peak.
