Its lightweight BT Light construction, high glide and understable flight make it especially accessible for newer players while offering experienced throwers a versatile turnover and roller disc. Type & Recommended Use The Underworld is an understable fairway driver built for controlled distance, anhyzer shots, hyzer flips and long turnovers. Its low profile and manageable Speed 7 make it an excellent first driver, particularly for players who struggle to generate enough speed with heavier discs. Flight Characteristics Speed 7 - Accessible fairway driver speed for controlled distance Glide 6 - Exceptional carry for effortless distance Turn -3 - Strong high-speed turn for anhyzers and easy line shaping Fade 1 - Gentle finish with minimal low-speed fade Very understable with excellent glide, allowing the disc to turn easily and stay airborne with relatively little throwing power. Material & Feel - BT Light Rill BT Light is designed around reduced weight, comfortable grip and effortless control. At approximately 120-130 g in the manufacturer's listed configuration, it can help players generate disc speed and distance with less effort while retaining the familiar feel of BT plastic. Player Skill Level Beginners: Excellent first fairway driver with easy turn, outstanding glide and lightweight handling Intermediate: Ideal for hyzer flips, turnovers, tailwind drives and technical fairway lines Advanced: Useful for continuous anhyzer flights, touch shots and rollers straight out of the box Pro Insight For experienced players with higher arm speed, the Underworld works best as a finesse disc rather than a power driver. Give it some height for long turnover lines or use the strong turn to create controlled rollers. Fun Fact The Underworld mould was PDGA approved in 2012, and its combination of Speed 7, Glide 6, Turn -3 and Fade 1 has made it particularly well suited to players learning hyzer flips and anhyzer lines. Perfect for players seeking a lightweight disc golf driver that combines easy distance, exceptional glide and confidence-building understability.
